Robert E. Gallagher was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, June 6, 1950, and was admitted to the California Bar in1975. He was educated at California Western University (U.S.I.U.) (B.A. 1972) and California Western School of Law (J.D.1975), and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Gallagher has received the highest rating ("AV") available from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory for ethics and legal ability.
